A little bit about Kathy...

 

For the past 16 years, Kathy has been a successful real estate agent and real estate Broker.  She began her sales career selling new manufactured homes.  Then she expanded her market to include used mobile/manufactured homes.  During that time, she again expanded her market to include the residential home market as well. 

 

Kathy is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Real Estate Agent, and is an active member of the Santa Clara County Board of Realtors, as well as an active member of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for Realtors Only.  Kathy also is a licensed HCD Mobile Home Dealer.

 

Kathy has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in Single Family Homes, Town Homes, Condos, and of course, Mobile/Manufactured Homes.  

 

Having been a manufactured home owner herself, Kathy has first hand experience in the manufactured home market, as well as manufactured home park living.
